Please note that telephone help support is generally available during normal hours of operation. Tax Forms
Students are able to access their聽tax forms聽directly on the ECSI website at聽
� If you have already created a user profile, you may sign in to access your document.
� If you did not yet register for an account, click the Register button in the upper right side of the page and follow the directions provided.
Questions about your 1098-T Form should be directed to your campus聽Financial Aid Office.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Beginning on December 15th, all students should set up MFA for their Microsoft accounts. MFA will be required by Monday, January 26, 2026 for students to log into their 91毛片 Microsoft 365 services. Follow the steps below to get started, and refer to this helpful how-to guide for more information.
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone via the App store (IOS) or the Google Play Store (Android)

Technology Orientation for New Students

Student Information System (SIS) Campus Cafe
Students can access academic records and resources in a secure online environment. Through the Campus Caf茅 Dashboard, students have access to the Bookstore, Office 365 � including Student Email and TEAMS, and E-Learn / Moodle.聽To login, type in your full 91毛片 e-mail address and the password for your email.
Student E-Mail / Teams / OneDrive Login
In Office 365, you have access to the entire suite of Office software, including your student email in聽Outreach, your online classes in聽TEAMS, and all of your files in聽OneDrive. To login, type your full 91毛片 e-mail address and password. In the Campus Caf茅 dashboard, click on Office 365 and you will automatically be logged into the Office suite!
Bookstore

Student Loan Debt Relief
One-time Federal Student Loan Debt Relief. Eligible borrowers can get a full or partial discharge of loans up to $20,000. Apply today!
Filling out the application is easy and takes about 5 minutes. You don檛 need to log in or provide any documents. If you can檛 apply online, a paper version of the form will be available soon.
This one-time debt relief is provided by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) as part of the Biden-Harris Administration student debt relief plan.
The debt relief applies only to loan balances you had before June 30, 2022.
